REVOLUTIONIZE YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO THE BODY

In our asana practice, we are always searching for a deep contemplative stillness of being.

Join renowned teacher Kofi Busia for a week-long exploration of what it means to inhabit your body. Through postures, breathwork, and discussion, learn to:

  • Explore patience, time, and silence in your practice.
  • Engage in a profound reassessment of your core values and relationships.
  • Start a new conversation with the body you inhabit.

Kofi’s master classes blend the deeper teachings of yoga with a powerful Iyengar practice, revolutionizing your relationship to the body and asana as their unique stories are revealed. Return home with tools for letting the silence inside you inform how to conduct yourself in your everyday life.

NOTE This program is suitable for people with a minimum of six months of Iyengar Yoga experience. It may be taken in conjunction with Kofi's weekend program The Eternal Season of Asana.

“Kofi is a wonderful and insightful teacher. He has an amazing way of seeing people’s strengths and weaknesses and adjusting yoga poses.”
