GAIN GREATER MIND-BODY AWARENESS

We thrive when we are deeply connected. Connection is a path to health, well-being, fulfillment, and successful cognitive and creative endeavors. Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs ranks love and belonging right after the needs for food, water, and safety.

Join certified professional yoga therapists, Bill Koff and Nya Patrinos, for a weekend program that focuses on connecting to ourselves, our community, the world around us, and nature. Through therapeutic yoga, stretching, yoga nidra, meditation, breathwork, journaling, and more, you will:

  • Gain greater mind-body awareness.
  • Learn yoga therapeutic tools for the body, breath, mind, and spirit.
  • Build deeper relationships and connections with yourself, your community, and nature.

The program is open to everyone looking to make more profound connections.
